Westmoreland at The Frick Collection

We partnered with The Frick Collection to develop the hospitality components of their recently completed major capital renovation. Westmoreland, the museum’s first-ever café, is a key part of its revitalized visitor experience. Union Square Events developed the culinary concept, event logistics, and currently operates the food, beverage and events program at The Frick.

OUR SCOPE
Strategic concept development for the café, with a focus on branding, guest experience, culinary alignment, and integration with the broader museum experience.
Our scope included schematic layouts, back-of-house planning, kitchen design input, and recommendations for FF&E.
The culinary vision and menu are rooted in USE’s signature market-driven approach, highlighting peak-season produce and regional sourcing.
Our events team operates events in an exclusive capacity at The Frick Collection.
